Tips to make your vote count (more than once).
1. Vote from different computers. If you have more than one computer/laptop vote using each of them.
2. Vote from different browsers. Netscape / Firefox / IE. Some polling software uses cookies to keep track of multiple votes and cookies are browser specific.
3. Vote every 3-4 hours. Some Vote algorithms allow more than one vote from a single IP (computer) if there is a large time separation between the votes.
4. Vote more than once anyways. May be Bill O'Reilly uses a stupid algorithm.
